Its been 20 years since the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Montgomery County had to look for an executive director.Its probably fitting then that the board will take its time finding a replacement for Joe Szoke, who has served as executive director since 1990. He will retire for a second time at the end of June.
